Why are there increasing numbers of neurodivergent diagnoses? 

It may be due to increased awareness and media attention, meaning that people become more exposed to different formats to help them understand neurodivergence and challenges that can be experienced. When people struggle in certain environments, they can look at ways to improve that and get the support they need to thrive. It can be helpful in certain scenarios to seek an assessment for a neurodivergent condition to understand challenges, needs, and what support is available.
